The first day of the trip starts from the beautiful city of Pokhara with a one and half-hour drive to Nayapul. Nayapul is the starting point of the trek to the Annapurna region.

The adventurous walking journey then begins and makes its way to Ulleri. You will be walking through the various alpine forests and bamboo forests along the route. After a few hours of walking, you will climb up 3300 steps to reach Ulleri. Stay overnight at the teahouse in Ulleri.

Leaving the Ulleri behind, today you will be heading to Ghorepani. First, the walk begins toward Birethani and then continues through the fine forests of oak and rhododendron until you will reach Nangethanti.

The main day of this trek comes today! Get ready in the early morning to hike up Poon Hill to get the incredible sunrise views over the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges. As you reach the vantage point, you will get to see the views of the sunrise over the region.

You will be amazed by the views of the mountains as well. The warm glimmer of the sun collides with the Himalayan giants including Annapurna I (8091m), Annapurna II ( 7937m), Annapurna III (7555m), Annapurna IV (7525m), Annapurna south (7219m), Huinchuli (6441m), Machhapucchre (6997m) and others.

After spending some time there, you will descend back to Ghorepani and starts trekking towards Ghandruk, the largest settlement with stone houses mostly inhabited by Gurung and Magar people. There, you will get to learn about their lifestyles and cultures. Stay overnight at Teahouse in Ghandruk.
