Day: 01 – Arrival in Kathmandu

You will be picked up from airport after your arrival and transferred to your hotel in Kathmandu. Later, you will have briefing about the itinerary of the trip at hotel. In the evening refresh your body with a yoga and meditation. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day: 02 – Kathmandu to Lukla flight and trek to Phakding

Your day starts with an early morning yoga session and meditation to energize your body. Today you’ll be transferred to airport for taking a flight to Lukla. Enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Himalayas by the window seat. After reaching, meet crew members and begin your wonderful journey trekking to Phakding.  Make your way through jungle of dense pine forests, maple and rhododendron trees. Walk along the Dudh koshi river and climb uphill to reach Phakding. Complete your day with an evening yoga and meditation session. Overnight stay at teahouses.

Day: 03 – Trek to Namche Bazzar

Early morning, starts a day with a yoga and meditation session to refresh and energize your body. After breakfast, today you’ll be trekking towards Namche Bazzar. Walk along the Dudhkoshi River and cross suspension bridges burdened with prayer flags on the way to Namche. Climb up to Namche observing the dazzling glimpse of Mt. Everest. After walking 5 or 6 hours finally reach Namche Bazzar. End up your day with a second session of yoga and meditation. Overnight stay at teahouses.

Day: 04 – Rest and Acclimatization day at Namche

The day separated for you to rest and acclimatizes your body and to avoid altitude sickness. With all yoga and meditation session in the morning you’ll have an amazing trek to Everest view hotel. From there you will get first clear views of Mt. Everest. Enjoy magnificent views of Himalayas while drinking cup of tea/coffee. In afternoon, explore Sherpa Museum and learn about the culture and tradition of the locals. Feel amazing by the hospitality provided by the locals to you. Complete your day with a relaxing yoga and meditation which helps you to energize your body or tomorrows trek. Overnight stay at teahouses.

Day: 05 – Trek to Tengboche

Be ready for the trek to Tengboche after completing morning yoga and meditation session. Say goodbye to Namche and follow the same trail of Dudh koshi River. Climb up to Kyangjuma and further ascend to Tengboche. Today’s trail might be a difficult but you will get to enjoy the views of Mt. Everest, Mt. Nuptse, Mt. Lhotse, and Mt. Amadablam on the way. After reaching Tengboche, visit the biggest monastery in Khumbu region. After all way to Tengboche relax your body doing an yoga and meditation session. Overnight stay at teahouses.

Day: 06 – Trek to Dingboche

With an early morning yoga session and breakfast, you will start your trek towards Dingboche. Walk through the colorful forests of Imja valley. As you climb higher, the views of Himalayas get closer and closer. Cross the Imja khola and trek through the village of Pangboche. Continue the trail through summer grazing to Dingboche. See the beautiful mountain views during your stay. End up your day with evening yoga and meditation session. Overnight stay at teahouses.

Day: 07 – Trek to Lobuche

Relieve your body, mind and soul with morning yoga and meditation session. A difficult day with steep climbs about 3 hrs to reach Lobuche. Start a gradual climb to dughla. Along the way you will get to see a memorial dedicated to Sherpa’s and the trekkers who lost their lives in the Himalayas. Get the panoramic views of Cholatse peak, Taboche peak, Lobuche peak and Mt. Nuptse before reaching Lobuche. Enjoy another session of yoga and meditation. Ovenight stay at teahouse.

Day: 08 – Trek to Gorakshep and then to Everest Base Camp

Today is the most awaited dream destination to many of the travelers. Starts your day early in the morning with refreshing yoga and meditation session. After completing you’ll be heading towards Gorakshep via Khumbu glacier. Follow the trail which passes through terrain scatter with rocks, moraines, stream and glaciers. Stop at Gorakshep for lunch. Enjoy the beautiful views of snowcapped peaks when having lunch. Make your way to the Everest Base camp located at the middle of Khumbu glacier. Marvel at the dramatic view of Mt. Pumori, Khubutse peak, lingtren peak, Khumbu glacier and Khumbu icefall. After enjoying the great views of mountains return back to Gorakshep. Day: 09 – Trek to Kalapathar and then to Pheriche

Early morning after breakfast hike to Kalapathar to witness the incredible sunrise view over the gorgeous Himalayas. Wonder at the amazing closest views of Mt. Everest, Mt. Lhotse, Mt. Nuptse, Mt. Amadablam and many others from the vantage point in Kalapathar. Stretch your body with yoga in front of the world’s highest mountain and also 360 degree panoramic views of other peaks. Experience your life in the Himalayas which will be unforgettable moment. After enjoying the views descend to Pherice. Do an amazing yoga session at evening. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day: 10 – Trek back to Namche Bazzar

After completing yoga and meditation, starts trekking back to Namche. Follow the trail back to Namche with the glistening views of mountains. Before going to take rest do some yoga and meditate your mind and body. Overnight stay at teahouses.

Day: 11 – Trek back to Lukla

Enjoy your last day at Himalayas with a session of yoga and meditation. Starts your day trekking back to Lukla. Pass through Sherpa villages of Monjo, Benkar, Phakding and many others. Reinvigorate your body in the evening session of yoga and also the last yoga in the Everest region. Overnight stay at teahouses.

Day: 12 – Fly back to Kathmandu

Say good bye to the mountains and the Everest region and head to the airport. Take a scenic flight over the Himalayas. Upon reaching, take a rest and stroll around Thamel area which is one of the famous touristic area. Enjoy the walk through beautiful area with the colorful lights. You can buy some souvenirs and taste delicious foods. End up your day with an amazing yoga and meditation. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day: 13 -Final Departure

Your trip to Nepal comes to end today! You’ll be transferred to Tribhuvan International Airport 3 hrs prior to departure.
