Janak was born in the highland of Nepal, the Ganesh Himal region. Coming from the Sherpa family who is known as the best climber of all time & spending his childhood around mountains, he was always interested in introducing his home Himalayas to other people. Eventually, his interest led him to be a very trustable trekking guide who has been serving as a trekking & mountaineering guide for more than 22 years now. After completing his trekking & mountaineering guide training at the Nepal Academy of Hotel & Tourism academy, he got his license fully authorized by the government of Nepal. Janak has trekked broadly throughout the famous trekking zones of Nepal such as Everest, Annapurna and Langtang and has plentiful knowledge of these regions. He is a fully trained trekking leader who never fails to impress our guests with his amazing knowledge about mountain regions & their culture.
